The journey to wellness via hypnotherapy starts here.

Healing is not a fixed destination, it is something we move through. 

 

That’s where the name Via comes from. It means “by way of,” or moving through one place on the way to another. There isn’t just one path forward, and you don’t have to arrive in a certain way to begin. My role is to support you as you learn how to move through life with more awareness, clarity, and ease. I welcome people from all backgrounds, whether your approach to healing is therapeutic, spiritual, or somewhere in between.


Hypnosis is a natural, focused state of awareness that allows access to the subconscious. The subconscious mind is a powerful part of us that shapes habits, emotional responses, beliefs, and behavioral patterns. This includes stress, anxiety, fears, self-sabotage, and self-limiting narratives. Through hypnotherapy, these patterns can be gently observed and reshaped, creating space for insight, relief, and lasting change.


My core therapeutic approaches include past life regression and inner child work, with art integration and eco-therapy available for those in the local area. I am honored to be on your team as your destinations continue to evolve.

WHICH EXPERIENCE RESONATES MOST WITH YOU?

In-Person Hypnotherapy (Home Office)

I offer classic hypnotherapy sessions in person from my home office for clients who prefer a grounded, face-to-face experience.

 

First-time sessions begin with a 15-minute introduction and brief questionnaire to clarify intentions, address questions, and establish comfort with the process. This is followed by approximately 35 minutes of hypnosis, guided by your goals and areas of focus. We conclude with a 10-minute check-in and recap to support integration and reflection.

 In-person sessions provide a quiet, supportive environment designed for relaxation and focus. If you’re unable to attend every session in person, follow-up sessions may be held via Zoom, allowing for continuity and flexibility in your care. This format is well-suited for stress and anxiety reduction, habit change, emotional regulation, goal setting, and ongoing personal growth.

 

In person sessions are excellent for those seeking to experience a past life regression either as a one time experience or apart of their ongoing therapy. By request can host parties of up to 3 for a group past life regression.

Eco-Therapy Experience

For clients drawn to working with nature, I offer an eco-therapy experience that takes place on a short hike in the desert mountain landscape just beyond my backyard. As we walk, I’ll ask a few gentle, reflective questions to help you settle into the session. After about 20 minutes, we’ll find a comfortable place to sit, where we’ll begin with a five-minute breathing exercise to connect the body, mind, and nervous system to the land. I’ll then guide you through a light hypnosis lasting approximately 15 minutes. The session concludes with our walk back, where we’ll briefly check in and recap before spending the final minutes in quiet, intentional silence. This experience is especially supportive for relaxation, improving sleep, preparing for significant events, and connecting with ancestral or mythic guides.

Home Studio Art Experiences

In-Person Preliminary Sessions When working in my home studio, I may begin our in-person sessions with a brief creative experience before hypnosis.

Guided Creative ExperienceI guide you through a painting or writing exercise designed to open the imagination and access the subconscious. As you create, we remain in conversation—you’re invited to speak about your choices while I ask reflective questions. This portion lasts about 20 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of hypnosis and a 10-minute check-in.


Free-Form Creative ExperienceIn this option, you’re free to explore the studio materials independently, without discussion during the process. You may share the finished piece if you wish. This experience lasts about 20 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of hypnosis and a 10-minute recap and integration.
 

Both approaches are especially helpful for uncovering inner meaning and messages from within, and they work well as a first session for inner child work, helping establish safety, trust, and connection before deeper exploration.

Shyeanne Rose Powers, C.Ht. is a Certified Hypnotherapist through the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (2025) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of San Francisco (2012). A published poet and painter, Shyeanne actively weaves creativity and imagination into both her therapeutic practice and daily life, encouraging clients to reconnect with their own inner creative intelligence.


Originally from the Pacific Northwest and now living in the Coachella Valley desert near Palm Springs, she maintains a deep reverence for land and place (an influence shaped by her Norwegian and Native ancestry). More often than not, Shyeanne can be found in quiet conversation with Mount San Jacinto, which stands watchfully in her backyard.


Outside of her practice, Shyeanne loves interior and architectural design, plants, and rare books, and shares her home with three cats - Rita, Javier, and Julio - and the world’s best, most perfect dog, Kona.
