When appropriate, follow-up sessions may be conducted via Zoom to maintain continuity and flexibility in your care. This option supports consistent progress while upholding the same level of professionalism, attentiveness, and intentional support.

The Session Experience
Introduction & Intention Setting
First-time sessions begin with a 15-minute introduction and brief questionnaire. This initial time together allows us to clarify your intentions, explore your goals in greater depth. This foundation ensures that you feel informed, comfortable, and supported before we move forward, creating a safe and intentional space for the work ahead.
Guided Hypnosis Experience
We then move into approximately 35 minutes of hypnosis, guided by your specific goals and areas of focus. This portion is personally tailored to your needs, allowing your mind and body to settle into a receptive state. Through intentional engagement with the subconscious mind, we unlock deeper awareness, meaningful insight, and transformation.
Post Session
Integration & Reflection
We conclude with a 10-minute check-in and recap. This time allows you to reflect on your experience, ask questions, and begin integrating the insights from your session. Together, we acknowledge the shifts that took place and thoughtfully honor the inner work that has unfolded.
