Session Environment

In-person sessions are held in a quiet, supportive environment intentionally designed to promote relaxation, focused attention, and a sense of emotional safety. This setting allows you to step away from daily demands and fully settle into the process without distraction. The space is structured to encourage presence, clarity, and ease, creating an atmosphere where meaningful change can unfold with steadiness and care.

When appropriate, follow-up sessions may be conducted via Zoom to maintain continuity and flexibility in your care. This option supports consistent progress while upholding the same level of professionalism, attentiveness, and intentional support.

This approach is well-suited for stress and anxiety reduction, habit change, emotional regulation, goal refinement, and sustained personal development. Whether you are seeking relief, clarity, or forward movement, each session is designed to support measurable growth while honoring your individual pace. At the heart of this work is the understanding that lasting transformation unfolds when you feel safe, supported, and deeply heard.

The Session Experience

Introduction & Intention Setting

First-time sessions begin with a 15-minute introduction and brief questionnaire. This initial time together allows us to clarify your intentions, explore your goals in greater depth. This foundation ensures that you feel informed, comfortable, and supported before we move forward, creating a safe and intentional space for the work ahead.

Guided Hypnosis Experience

We then move into approximately 35 minutes of hypnosis, guided by your specific goals and areas of focus. This portion is personally tailored to your needs, allowing your mind and body to settle into a receptive state. Through intentional engagement with the subconscious mind, we unlock deeper awareness, meaningful insight, and transformation.

Post Session
Integration & Reflection

We conclude with a 10-minute check-in and recap. This time allows you to reflect on your experience, ask questions, and begin integrating the insights from your session. Together, we acknowledge the shifts that took place and thoughtfully honor the inner work that has unfolded.

In my second time “going under” or experiencing a hypnosis session I felt remarkably comfortable and safe with Shye. She walked me through her process and answered all my questions with utmost care and attention. She never made me feel uncomfortable in any way and made sure that there was no stone left unturned. During the session, I felt so comfortable and safe and protected which is so important when in such a deep vulnerable state. I knew exactly what I needed to do after the careful and attentive intro and if for whatever reason I didn’t she was there to guide me through with ease before I even needed to ask. I left the session feeling a deep amount of release from my point of interest and it carried over into the weeks following. She also checked in on me and made sure that I was ok and if anything came up that I wanted to talk about. In my experience having this kind of relationship with your hypnotherapist is so key and hard to find. After one session, I walked away feeling like the main irritation I needed to address was tackled instantly and left me ready to confidently tackle more and come into my highest self. I highly recommend Shye. She is a wealth of knowledge and spirit and will take care of you in ways beyond your imagination!
